Send a quotation
An open quotation can be sent to the customer, but make sure that the quotation is printed or that the quotation is exported as a PDF and actually sent to the customer before you set the quotation to sent. After all, sending only causes a status change to the document. If email templates have been created for this action, the quotation can be emailed to the contact person. When this is done, click on send. The status of the quotation will then change to send.
