In addition to the fields of the article group, more information is linked in the form of tabs. You can go through the different tabs under the article group detail screen. The tabs below belong to an article group.

Items

In this overview, all articles that are linked to the selected article group are shown. From this overview it is also possible to add articles. This works in the same way as adding an article from the module artikelen, maar dan is de artikelgroep direct ingevuld.

Periodic prices

In the overview of period prices, all periods that are linked to the selected item group are visible. From this overview it is possible to directly create a period price. This works in the same way as from the module artikelperiodes, maar dan is de artikelgroep direct ingevuld.

Dynamic item fields

You can use the dynamic article fields to create fields for the article group. All articles that are linked to the article group will have these fields available where they can be filled in. You can use the dynamic item fields to record specifications or additional information about the item. This can differ per type of article or article group and therefore they can be defined per article group.

Fields

  • Description: the description of the dynamic field. This description also appears when entering the article screen.
  • Type: the type of field, choose between checkbox, date, list box or (free) text.
  • Required field: Indication of whether the field is mandatory when entering the item.

Add

To add a dynamic field click on new. Fill in the needed fields. Press on save to save the data of the field. After adding the details, the details field will still be open. Close the tab to return to the overview of the dynamic article fields.

Change

You can edit an existing dynamic field. This does affect the already existing fields, because the change is copied to all existing fields on products in one go. So be careful when changing the data of the field. Double-click the dynamic field in the overview and adjust the changes. click on save to save the data. The changes are immediately implemented in the system.

Delete

If you no longer use an existing dynamic field, you can clean it up. If you delete a field, this will affect the already existing filled in fields on articles, they will all be lost. So be careful with this. Select the relevant dynamic field in the overview and click delete to delete the field permanently.

List values

When creating a dynamic field of the type list box you will also have to create values ​​in the system that a user can choose from when creating an article. A list box looks like a "drop-down list". A tab will appear at the bottom of the article field detail screen list values.

Note: the list values ​​cannot be created for type checkbox, date and text.

Fields

  • Worth: the only field to create a value. This is the value, is also the unique key of the list value. This field worth is also filled in on the articles after selection and will no longer change after the value is adjusted in the management of the list values ​​in the article group.

Add

To add a list value, click new.

Change

If you want to change an existing list value, double-click the relevant value in the overview. The detail screen will open, make your changes there. Click on save to save the data. The change will not be made to any existing items with values ​​previously selected under this field.

Delete

You can delete an existing list value. This has no effect on the existing articles with values ​​previously selected under this field. To delete a value, select the value in the overview and click delete. The value is immediately no longer available for the dynamic item fields in items.
