Started by two students with a strong affinity for refrigeration technology as well as business. Coolpinguin has since grown into a modern and professional company that focuses primarily on emergency cooling and event cooling.
Coolpinguin expands with new equipment every year, so it can always find the right solution for every customer. For example, they offer a wide range from refrigerators to ice machines to refrigerated trailers and even complete refrigerated and freezer containers. With the company's rapid growth, the need for a professional rental solution arose.
Flat and thorough
From the first moment Coolpinguin sought contact, the process was smooth and thorough. After an exploratory phone call, a demo was quickly scheduled. In this demo, we delved deeper into the processes within Coolpinguin and how RentMagic's functionalities fit into this.
Shortly thereafter, Coolpinguin decided to choose RentMagic. Whereas it is not unusual for Infodatek to perform very extensive analyses before starting implementation, this process with Coolpinguin went completely differently than we were used to.
Fast and adequate onboarding
Coolpinguin was given the templates we normally use to create an inventory of the project. Entirely in its own style, the setup was done primarily on a standalone basis, with Infodatek merely providing advice and monitoring the work done by Coolpinguin in setting up their own environment.
In no time the setup was complete and all documents related to the trading process were set up according to Coolpinguin's corporate identity. After a short training session, they were ready to put RentMagic into practice.
The great thing about this project is the way the communication and cooperation between Coolpinguin and Infodatek goes. Everything goes smoothly, efficiently and in a modern way. This challenges us to develop new functionalities within RentMagic, giving our customers an increasingly pleasant experience when using RentMagic.
