TSA Safety Services had a small rental branch but an ever-growing ambition. Bennie de Looff has been with TSA Safety Services for 12 years. As Business Controller, he is responsible for finance, IT and application links. He has now been working with RentMagic for three years.

And it did not meet our needs in terms of interim invoicing, being able to track inventory and vacancy checks of rental equipment. How often were items rented out, what was the maximum rental capacity?”

Bennie continues: “In the beginning I kept a lot of records myself in Excel and that went fine because we started quite small and we were mainly internally focused. But later the rental branch grew, more and more was added, and we anticipated that this way of working could eventually become problematic. 

Because if you want to grow and you have the ambition, you have to have your rental records in order. The last thing you want is to be surprised. So before things got really urgent, we started looking for a good alternative in the form of rental software.”

Bennie de Looff continues: “We invited a total of five parties and RentMagic came out as the one with the best value for money for what we needed. Bennie de Looff goes on to talk about daily practice: “If our wishes change, we always come out of it, especially in terms of nice-to-haves. The big advantage of working with RentMagic is that I have insight into our rental fleet and the application does the simple clocking-in work. This allows me to focus more on the business, the internal organization and the data.”
