TSA Safety Services had a small rental branch but an ever-growing ambition. RentMagic's rental software enabled the rental of materials to grow through automation of invoicing and inventory management. The insight into the rental fleet and improved reporting capabilities now ensure that TSA can continue to fulfill all of its ambitions.
RentalTec started small but had big growth ambitions. They were looking for flexibly adaptable rental software that could facilitate complex technical products and ended up with RentMagic. The partnership ensures that the rental branch continues to grow and that more and more logistical and financial processes are automated and streamlined.
The Vrije Universiteit Brussel uses RentMagic as a sustainable solution for the audiovisual lending service for its Jette and Etterbeek departments. After taking the first steps for a full digital transformation in 2020, RentMagic was launched in 2023, with RentMagic Shop as an add-on. A successful project that also included additional further development of the frontend that made it possible to combine products from multiple departments in a single booking.
Leiden-based Coolpinguin was started by two students with a passion for refrigeration technology and business. With the development of the business, there was a need for a complete software solution to handle the entire rental process and everything that comes with it. RentMagic was implemented within a very short time frame and most of the preliminary work was done by Coolpinguin's own employees. This allowed for a quick start!
In 2021, the idea arose to revitalize bike rental in Ghent, lowering the threshold for renting. During the implementation of RentMagic, bike point by bike point went live and also the RentMagic Shop add-on was integrated into the website of Fietsambassade Gent. Step by step, developments are always being taken to the next level in order to increase the production range, as well as accommodate user convenience.
